Want to lead the commercial strategy and operations of a young and innovative charity?
Have you got a real passion for our values?
Then read on…
User Voice is at a really exciting point in our development as we continue to grow and we are looking for a dynamic person, committed to our values, to further this growth ensuring its done in a commercially astute way.
User Voice’s core belief is that rehabilitation only happens when everyone in the criminal justice system shares responsibility for transforming the ‘us vs. them’ division into real collaboration.
At User Voice we build the structures that enable productive collaboration between service users and service providers. We are able to do this because our work is led and delivered by ex-offenders. This gives us the special ability to gain the trust of, access to, and insight from people within the criminal justice system.
We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to lead on the commercial strategy and operations of the organisation, from finance at a strategic and day to day level to the contracting of our services with commissioners.
This new role requires an individual with strong communication skills and experience in financial and commercial strategy and management, business decision support, contract negotiation and financial modelling. The successful candidate will be self-driven, energetic, proactive, committed to delivery, and enjoy working in a team whilst also taking ownership. As User Voice is a relatively small team, you must be comfortable being hands-on.
We particularly welcome applications from ex-offenders and from all sections of the community regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability.
