Want to be involved at the forefront of criminal justice peer research?
Have you got a real passion for our values?
Then read on…
User Voice is at a really exciting point in our development as we continue to grow and we are looking for a dynamic person, committed to our values, to further this growth through expanding our research, impact and evaluation.
User Voice’s core belief is that rehabilitation only happens when everyone in the criminal justice system shares responsibility for transforming the ‘us vs. them’ division into real collaboration.
At User Voice we build the structures that enable productive collaboration between service users and service providers. We are able to do this because our work is led and delivered by ex-offenders. This gives us the special ability to gain the trust of, access to, and insight from people within the criminal justice system.
We are seeking to recruit a Peer Researcher with experience in the criminal justice system as a former offender to consult, engage with and work with service users, providers, academics, and healthcare staff to conduct research.
For this specific role we are searching for applications from ex-offenders from all sections of the community regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability.
