Want to ensure our people are supported to develop and reach their potential?
Have you got a real passion for our values?
User Voice is unique because we are led and delivered by people with personal experience of the problems we are seeking to solve, including crime, addiction, homelessness and mental health issues. As a result these people are in an unrivalled position of being able to engage with those currently caught up in the cycle of crime.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference! We are currently an organisation of 60 employees working in 5 locations across England, we are supported in our mission with volunteers and interns, without whom we could not deliver and we are growing!
Recruiting, supporting and developing our people is therefore crucial to our success and we want an experienced HR Manager to deliver our core HR services to our teams of employees, volunteers and interns.
Our aim is to unlock the potential of our staff, so that they can use their personal experiences to act as agents for social change, and the HR Manager will be a key team member helping us to build our capacity and capability to achieve this aim.
We particularly welcome applications from ex-offenders and from all sections of the community regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability.
