Department of Health Drug Evaluation Contract

User Voice has been commissioned as a key player in a research contract for the independent evaluation of the Department of Health’s drug and alcohol recovery payment by results pilots program.

The overall aim of the study is to assess whether the payment by results proposals would aid the service market to successfully initiate and sustain the recovery of Drug and Alcohol dependents towards resettlement into the community.

User Voice will be leading the service user evaluation element through questionnaires and focus groups to gain invaluable insights into frontline service user progress from the scheme.
