Women Offenders in Wiltshire

User Voice were commissioned by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) to run a consultation with women offenders in the South West of England.

Our experience in running consultations suggests that people who find engagement difficult are more prepared to talk to User Voice facilitators because of their own disclosed experiences of the criminal justice system.

In addition, this piece of work was completed by an all woman team: the facilitators and the report author were all female.
