Her achievements include being named Networker of the Year in 2023 and serving as a Judge for the IoD Director of the Year Awards (England region).

She is a dedicated advocate for justice reform, actively volunteering to support rehabilitation, skills development, and reintegration for people with lived experience of the criminal justice system. Her hands-on involvement in this space reflects her belief that inclusion and second chances are key to safer more resilient communities.
