Jenny joined User Voice as Head of Finance in March 2025 and supports the Senior Leadership Team in making sure that our financial systems are robust, that our resources are managed effectively and that we run a stable and well-funded organisation. Part of her role also involves supporting the trustee board with regulatory compliance and administration. With over 30 years experience of working in senior roles in the not for profit sector, immediately before joining User Voice, she had led the finance function of Redthread, a pioneering and innovative youth work charity for nearly 10 years, during which period the charity grew and diversified its annual turnover from £600k  to over £4m.

Previous roles have included overseeing  large public sector funding contracts in a range of sectors, including for a national refugee charity and an educational charity.  Her earlier career was spent working in the arts, at the Barbican Centre in the City of London and for a major international arts festival.
