Lucie has 30 years experience of senior leadership roles in a range of charities covering homelessness, prison reform, young people’s mental health, poverty reduction and violence and exploitation affecting children and young people. This has included being one of the Founders of the Big Issue, running a national campaign on alternatives to prison at the Prison Reform Trust, being a Director of YoungMinds and CEO of violence reduction charities StreetDoctors and Redthread.

Lucie has ensured in all her work that experts by experience of all the causes she has dedicated her career to are central to their strategy and delivery.

Lucie has also been a Governor of two secondary schools and a Trustee of a range of organisations including the Criminal Justice Alliance.

Lucie is currently CEO of User Voice with overall responsibility for its strategic direction, its operations, its influencing and external relations.
