Scott spent just over a decade with his own creative media business before combining his lived experience with his passion for criminal justice reform. Drawing on his personal journey and demonstrating genuine compassion, he excels at User Voice. Starting as a volunteer, he diligently worked his way to securing employment here, a testament to his dedication. Outside of work, Scott commits his time to leading a rehabilitative community support group, enjoys playing video games, and is a devoted supporter of Notts County FC.
