What you’ll bring

  • Proven facilitation of reflective practice in settings where trauma is a feature (justice, health, social care, youth, or allied fields).
  •  Preferably lived experience of the Justice system
  •  Deep understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and the value of lived experience leadership.
  • Skilled at building emotional safety in online groups and handling distress sensitively and inclusively.
