User Voice was created for and is run by people who have been in prison and on probation. Lived experience means we engage empathetically instead of sympathetically.
We exist to reduce offending and improve rehabilitation by working with the most marginalised people in and around the criminal justice system. We ensure practitioners and policy-makers hear their voices.
We are seeking to recruit a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead to monitor the quality of our data and report on the positive impact of our Councils and the organisation as a whole. This role will be a key support to the delivery team and require some national travel.
This exciting role requires an individual with strong people skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to report data and insight in engaging and impactful ways. It also requires excellent project management and time management skills. The ideal candidate would have monitoring and evaluation or quantitative research experience and lives experience of the criminal justice system.
The successful candidate will be self-driven, energetic, proactive, committed to delivery, and enjoy working in a team whilst also taking ownership. As User Voice is a relatively small team, you must be comfortable being hands-on.
This role requires the candidate to have personal experience of the criminal justice system.
