User Voice is all about engaging with service users. The Engagement Team Leader will have significant experience of engaging service users through a range of techniques and approaches involving them in the design, delivery and evaluation of services.
You will be able to use this expertise to manage both the people in the regional Engagement Team and projects in the region, to ensure that they are delivered to the User Voice model and contractual requirements. The Engagement Team will be built to ensure that it has a range of complementary skills and experiences so that all of its functions can be delivered to a high standard.
The Regional Team Leader will also be responsible for engaging with and developing positive external relationships with regional and local stakeholders. They will also be expected to form effective collaborative working internal relationships with other User Voice staff, to ensure that there is a consistent, sustainable and measurable approach to all User Voice activities.
