User Voice has an exciting opportunity to lead the core operational delivery within our ambitious, growing charity.
But this is not your average operations role.
User Voice was created for and is run by people who have been in prison and on probation.
We are resilient by nature and work alongside rather than within the Criminal Justice System. We are servant leaders, accountable to the people we serve. It’s a gloves off role for someone who believes change is possible, who wants to see and make it happen.
Working at User Voice is an opportunity to challenge the status quo. We’re an organisation for people who want to speak up and shout the voices of people in the criminal justice system. We’re an organisation of people who trust our own voice and believe in amplifying the voices of others. We’re an organisation focussed on the people experiencing the sharp end of criminal justice.
We are looking for an experienced leader, who shares these values, has knowledge of the criminal justice system and is an expert in developing people and teams.
