Help User Voice, Volunteer!
User Voice is always looking for volunteers. Ex-offender or not, if you feel that you have experience or skills that can help us achieve our aims, please get in touch.
We always try to match people with volunteering work that is most suited to their skills and experiences.
Previous volunteers have:
- Helped us to raise money through researching potential funders and writing application forms.
- Helped to communicate through writing, working on our website and film making.
- Undertaken research, carried out interviews, facilitated focus groups or shared their stories with us.
- Helped us run smoothly through administration, inputting data and helping to organise events.
- Contributed to our projects through attending consultations or speaking at events.
We are particularly keen to attract volunteers who have personal experience of the criminal justice system or who have offended in the past.
If there are no current opportunities, we will keep your information so we can get in touch when new opportunities arise.
User Voice cannot afford to pay volunteers but we will reimburse expenses incurred in terms of travel and subsistence.
Your time and input is important to us. If you are interested in volunteering for User Voice then please fill in a volunteer registration form and let us know what kind of work you are interested in getting involved in.
